Ages: This is an adult social session (16+).

In each session we’ll cover:
How pickleball works (rules, scoring, court layout)
Basic technique for serving, rallying, and net play
Simple tactics so you know where to stand and what to do
How to play points and short games with confidence
Everything is explained clearly, with plenty of time to practice and ask questions.

Trainers suitable for indoor sport
A pickleball paddle if you have one (Paddles are available to borrow)
No previous racket sport experience required.

Hi, I’m James Armstrong.
I’m a full-time coach based in Norfolk with many years’ experience coaching beginners and recreational players.
My focus is on:
Clear explanations
Simple, practical progress
Making sure beginners feel comfortable and confident on court
These sessions are run independently but are fully supportive of players progressing into club pickleball when spaces become available.
